Angela received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary in North Dakota. She has over 8 years of nursing experience working on an orthopedic post-surgical/medical hospital unit. She also received a Masters of Science in Nursing degree in 2009 from the University of Phoenix. Angela has over 10 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and over 8 years of experience injecting Botox and dermal fillers.  

She is certified by the National Laser Institute in aesthetics including lasers, collagen induction therapy, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, skin resurfacing, and advanced training with Botox and dermal fillers. Angela has recently acquired certifications in IV infusion therapy, BHRT, and peptide therapy.

Angela has lived in Phoenix for over 18 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her two cats. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, and cooking.

As a general care provider, Angela sees patients of all ages for both routine wellness exams and sick care visits for 30 Minute Appointments.  

Angela is available in office on Tuesdays- Saturday in Chandler and also is available for Telemedicine appointments for CASH only. She is available Sunday and Monday in the Tempe office. Call the office, schedule online, or send a text message.  

Angela currently takes Most Major insurances.  To check verification please send an email to Info@cleancolonic.com with a copy of the insurance card and Driver’s license.  Please send this 1 week minimum prior to your appointment so we can verify any deductibles or co-pays.
